Common Questions

• Do I need to attend all of the tryouts for my age group?
  • No, you do not need to attend all tryout dates. All athletes that attend tryouts will be looked at. Although naturally the more that the coaches can see you play, the better opportunity there is for us to see your full abilities.
• Where are tryouts located? 
  • At The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse in Lebanon, Indiana.
  • 645 Fieldhouse Way, Lebanon, Indiana.
• Will there be any cuts made?
  • Our goal is to not make any cuts. If we have the number of athletes at similar levels, we will make as many teams as possible. If we do not have enough to make another full team, then the remaining athletes will not have a team to be offered.
• What is included in the monthly invoices?
  • The entry fee into tournament divided evenly amongst the team, the coaches travel expenses divided evenly amongst the team.
• Does everyone have even playing time?
  • No, we are pay to practice not pay to play. Everyone wants to be on the court as much as possible! Our athletes will earn their playing role during tournaments.
• What is included in club dues?
  • Club dues include insurance, coaches pay, court space, equipment, 3 jerseys, GoTime backpack, 1 pair of spandex, 1 pair of knee pads, 1 journal and a pair of arm sleeves.
• What is included in the player pack?
  • For the 2025-26 season the only things included in club dues for the player pack are 3 jerseys, GoTime Volleyball backpack, 1 pair of spandex, 1 pair of knee pads, 1 journal, and 1 paid of arm sleeves. You will be able to order t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and sweatpants at your own discretion.
• What is the journal for?
  • At GoTime Volleyball we prioritize the mental aspect of volleyball. The journal will be for athletes to journal throughout the season on their own and with coach prompts to promote thinking through the game and growing mental toughness.
