The QB Creed: The lifestyle of a quarterback is one of all days. You can't be a quarterback some days, then take other days off. To maximize your potential, football & being a quarterback should consume your inner being - the pursuit of perfection should become an obsession.
"Coach Young cares about his quarterbacks & truly wants them to succeed. He's lived the ups & downs of high school & college football, so he gets it and has helped my son understand the bigger picture." - X-Factor QB Parent
"We have been training since the program opened up in May 2024. Since the beginning, the sessions are great. The groups have gotten bigger, but Coach Young does an incredible job coaching all the players. The quality of coaching & training is just as good in group settings as 1v1. He's a great teacher of the material & mentor to my son." - X-Factor QB Parent
"Coach Young is awesome. From the evaluation, we felt like our son was getting not only a QB trainer, but also a great mentor to pour into him and his football journey." - X-Factor QB Parent
"All he wants for them is to reach their goals, play college football, and not have any regrets. He communicates with my son over text and sends him quarterback tips or videos." - X-Factor QB Parent
"My son has been training with Coach Young for a year and a half. He is a good influence & pushes my son to be better in all things, not just his throwing motion. He goes to as many games as he can." - X-Factor QB Parent
"Aaron is super professional. You can tell, as a parent, there is a method and process to each session. Even watching, we can tell there's a plan, a focus. He is detailed in his approach." - X-Factor QB Parent
in-season
The In-Season phase is 3 months long focusing on Fall Camp maintenence in August while really striving for specialty and creative throwing attacks. September focuses on early-to-mid season corrections. October is a restart-reform month like a mini install to prepare for playoffs in November.
post-season
The Post-Season phase is 2 months long with a dual-priority. The first being situational football & game winning types of throws for those guys still playing and the second being the recovery & mobility phases for those QB's who are done. For some, this can include Winter Combine prep & College Visit Prep.
off-season
The Off-Season phase is 5 Months. It starts with a 12-week install from January through March. These 12 weeks mirror that of a college spring ball period. Revolutionizing mechanics & football IQ is a premium these 12 weeks. April dives deeper into their own Spring Ball Prep. May is Summer Camp Prep.
pre-season
The Pre-Season phase is 2 months long & starts over from Day 1 in January with an accelerated progression. June high school team practice & team camps is priority - making sure each QB can perform in their own offense. July is heavy introduction into off-platform, specialty, and creative throwing angles & arm slots to prepare for August Camp.
