Unlock Your Full Potential—On and Off the Field

Our comprehensive training program is designed specifically for youth, middle school and high school athletes who are ready to take their game to the next level. At X-Factor Sports Performance, we strive to combine speed & strength to develop the complete athlete for all movments on every court or field!

Speed & Agility
Running mechanics. Explosive starts. Quick cuts. Game-breaking acceleration. Our speed and agility training focuses on real, non-sport specific movements to improve reaction time, footwork, and athletic performance.

Strength & Power Development
From foundational lifts to advanced position-specific training, our strength program builds durable, powerful athletes ready to dominate in the competition or break away in the open space. We will combine body weight with mobile weight exercises to push the limits of our athletes. Dumbbells, Kettlebells, plyometrics, tires, ropes, and sleds will all be used to round out the entire performance plan.


Speed & Strength Schedule:
  • Sundays
    • 1-2 PM: Middle School
    • 2-3 PM: High School
    • 4-5 PM: Bigs & Youth
  • Tuesdays
    • 6-7 PM: Youth (Typical Time)
      • ***Adjusted for Dec: 5-6 PM Youth
  • Wednesdays
    • 6-7 PM: Youth
    • 7-8 PM: Bigs
    • 8-9 PM: Combo MS & HS Skinny's
  • Thursdays
    • 6-7 PM: High School
    • 7-8 PM: Middle School

Pricing:

X-Factor Sports Performance (Speed & Strength) operates on a monthly, automatic withdrawal pricing model based on how many training sessions you plan to attend each week. The cost is paid once-per-month and will reoccur until cancelled. If cancelling, must cancel at least 7 days prior to billing date. The attended sessions do not have to be the same each week. It is based on whatever fits your schedule the best.

  • High School Athletes
    • 1x per week = $100 per month ($20 per session)
    • Unlimited = $125 per month
  • Middle School Athletes
    • 1x per week = $100 per month ($20 per session)
    • Unlimited = $125 per month
  • Youth Athletes
    • 1x per week = $75 per month ($15 per session)
    • Unlimited = $100 per month
