X-Factor 7v7 LIVE REPS

Grades: Rising 5th graders & Up

We offer 1 COMBINED level of 7v7 Live Rep training for both Middle School and High School skills players (QB, RB, WR, LB, DBs). The program is broken up into 6-Week Sessions and operates 1 day per week for 1 hour each day. Each session will be coached by Coach Young & the X-Factor football staff. The X-Factor 7v7 Live Rep program focuses on developing football IQ through conceptual learning & corrective-based repetitions.

*MUST BE ENROLLED IN QB/RB/WR/DB POSITION TRAINING TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR 7V7*

Our program consists of:

NFL and P4 Pass Concepts: Pro Style, Spread, Air Raid philosophies
NFL and P4 Defensive Coverages: 6,5,4,3,2,1,0 and Hot Coverge/Sim Blitz
QB Progressions: Hi-Lo, Horizontal, Deep-Short, Short-Deep, Inside-Out, Outside-In, Pure Progression, Straight Progression, Combo Progression
Teaching of hot routes, sight adjusts, and access throws
Teaching correct QB footwork that is widely used with the timing of each concept
WR Releases & Route Break Points vs different coverages
Proper teaching of RB routes from the backfield and empty sets
Proper mechanics of pre-snap WR motion and route spacing
Proper teaching of defensive adjustments to shifts, motions, and bunch/stacks
Situational Football: Base Downs, 3rd Downs, Redzone, 2 minute, 4 minute, tempo plays and FastBall Packages, 20 sec drill, End of Game Scenarios
Drilled with: Half-Line Skelly, Full Field Skelly, Move-the-Ball periods, 3rd Down Challenge, Redzone Challenge, Call It Periods,
WILL BUILD & PROGRESS TO 80 REPS IN 1 HOUR!!!

Academy Schedule:

Summer Session: June 1st - July 13th (Off for Moratorium 6/29-7/5)

The 7v7 Live Reps program operates 1 day a week on Sundays from 3-4 PM following our Joint Middle School QB/WR training. The hour will consist of a quick 10 minute install of the coverages and concepts of the day, then will progress to 50 minutes of rapid fire 7v7 reps.

X-Factor 7v7 Live Reps program operates on an inclusive, one-time payment membership level model that covers all 6-weeks The price for 7v7 Live Reps is INCLUDED in the purchase of the WR & DB Summer Academy. For QB's it is an extra add-on program cost. Because the program operates 1 day per week, if you miss a week, there are no make-up sessions.
