Grades: 6^th Grade & Up

We offer 1 level of group RB training: Middle School and High School combined.

X-Factor RB Academy focuses on developing the overall Running back.

Our program consists of:

Ball Security
Cut Development & Change of Direction
Run Concept Footwork from all backfield sets
Aiming Points, Path, Pressing, and Patience
Run Concept Reads: Inside Zone, Outside Zone, Power, Counter, etc.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd level Tackle Breaking Skills
Pass Protection Reads & Techniques
Route Running & Catching
Chalk talk / Board Work
Leadership
Mental preparation

Academy Schedule:

Combined: Sundays @ 5 PM / Mondays @ 7 PM / Wednesdays @ 6 PM

Combined: Sundays @ 4 PM / Wednesdays @ 7 PM

Pricing:

X-Factor RB Academy operates on a automatic withdrawal, monthly membership pricing model based on how many training sessions you plan to attend each week. The attended sessions do not have to be the same each week. It is based on whatever fits your schedule the best.

1x per week = $250 per month
2x per week = $350 per month

X-Factor RB Evaluations:

Evaluations are being scheduled on a weekly basis and are half-priced at $50. This a mandatory evaluation to be placed into group RB training. The 45 minute evaluation allows Coach Young to evaluate the RBs ball security, footwork, reads, protection technique & knowledge, routes, ball skills, and overall knowledge of the RB position. It also allows time to discuss goals.
