Cole in a unique trainee in our X-Factor College QB Academy. He was recruited by Coach Young and Indiana State out of Lapel High School in the class of 2020. After two years at Franklin Pierce University, he returned home and has played QB for Trine University since 2023. Following spring practice, he was named the starting QB, and elected to take his game to the next level by participating in the X-Factor College QB Academy in summer 2024 leading up to his last fall camp.

Norwalk HS (IA)

Landon came to X-Factor after spending his first two years at Butler University in Indianapolis. He started in our College QB Academy in summer 2024 to try and elevate his game. He worked hard on the mental aspect of identifying coverages and strived to process the game faster and gain an edge with knowledge and anticipatory throws. He will battle it out in a heated QB competition in fall camp come August.

Damon joined the X-Factor College QB Academy in the summer of 2024 after completing his first season as the starting QB at Taylor University. Damon's goals through the program were to become more consistent in his footwork, his mechanics, and his off-platform throws. He worked hard to perfect his craft and put himself in a position to lead his team to success in 2024.

Reid joined our X-Factor QB Academy in April of 2024 in the midst of his track & field and baseball seasons. The ultimate three-sport competitor started at QB last season, but has committed to taking his game to the next level. From the start, Reid focused on body balance, mechanic sequencing, and elevating his overall football knowledge. He also takes part in our QB Film Study in our Pre-Season and In-Season phases. We are looking forward to watching him have a breakout year and lead Frontier to a section championship!

Sam has recently re-joined the X-Factor family. As a previous participant, Sam developed under Coach Morelli for the first two years of his QB journey. Now, after learning behind Jace Stuckey (Eastern Michigan), Sam is ready to take the reigns of the Triton Central offense and make his own mark. Sam is focused on improving his anticipation and coverage recognition. We look for Sam to continue the lineage of tremendous Triton Central quarterback products.

Declan joined our X-Factor QB Academy in April of 2024 and immediately moved up to the High School Group. His big focus has been his grip, arm path & mechanic posture, and consistent footwork. He will compete for the starting QB job on Avon's Freshmen team. We are looking forward to seeing him develop and continue the Avon of great Avon QBs!

Jasper has been apart of our X-Factor Family for over a year now, but recently moved to the X-Factor West at The Farmers Bank Fieldhouse. In the midst of baseball and his current LMS football season, he finds time to work on a number of things: footwork and alignment, drops, mechanics, and his overall QB knowledge.

Wes joined the X-Factor family in May of 2024. He came to us after spending one year as a quarterback for his youth program. Since his first session, his goals have been to elevate his quarterback knowledge, improve his footwork, and enhance his confidence level. He has worked hard to improve all three as he joins ZYFL this fall.

Jett joined the program in May of 2024 after playing two years for the Lebanon Youth Football League. He has started from the ground up with his QB development: stance, drops, mechanics, run fakes, and more. Jett has improved in all aspects and expects to help his team win this fall.

Dawson joined the inaugural X-Factor RB Academy in April of 2024. Going into his senior season, his goals were to run with lower pad level, improve his change of direction, and increase his RB and football knowledge. Over the course of four months, Dawson has worked hard to take his game to the next level in all phases. We are expecting a big senior season from him this fall.

Zach joined the RB Academy in May of 2024. He comes to X-Factor after having a breakout sophomore year and earning the starting role at Roncalli heading into 2024. From the start, Zach has had tremendous work ethic, and his goals in mind. He worked to improve his lower body control, fluidity in his cuts, and run game schematic knowledge. We are expecting another breakout year from Zach on his way to post-season accolades.

Cohen has been with X-factor since the start. From the very beginning he trained 2x a week with a relenting work ethic. He joined the program after posting two starting RB season in the Tri-West Youth League. As he enters 8th grade, his goals were set: Improve knee bend and change of direction, improve ball security, and increase his route running ability. Over his time with X-Factor, Cohen has hit on all of his goals. We are expecting big things from this fall for him.

Micah joined the program in July 2024. Recently transitioning to Zionsville West MS, Micah has worked hard to put himself and his team in a great situation this fall. His goals were apparent and he set out to increase his football knowledge, pass protection, and ball security. We are expecting him to overtake the starting RB position on the ZWMS football team this fall.

Jensen has recently joined our RB Academy after never training before. Even in his short amount of time, Jensen has improved tremendously. Nick joined the inaugural RB Academy following his 6th grade school year. Like Cohen, he has been in the program from it's inception and has seen results. Nick trained 3x a week in the summer of 2024 in preparation for a big 7th grade year. He has two years of starting experience already, but has set his mind on improving. He has worked hard to perfect his ball security, develop powerful footwork & cutting ability, and increase his overall knowledge of run schemes and pass concepts.
